Coaching- What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client who wants to change some important part of their life. Within the coaching releationship, Coach Sybil coaches and supports clients to identify and achieve their highest goals to create their best lives.
The Foundation for a Coaching Partnership
When we talk about coaching we are referring to a trusted alliance, a safe place where people can develop and design and achieve their highest goals, within regular coaching sessions.
The coach and client worked together collaboratively with the coach bringing her successful life experience and knowledge of the tools and skills of coaching. The client brings their willingness to work and responsibility for their life changes decisions and desired improvements. For the coaching to be successful partnership is formed based on rapport and trust between both parties and an agreed-upon way of working together toward achieving the client's goals. This is known as the coaching conversation and the coaching agreement.

A client can expect from a professional coach that the coaching relationship begins strongly and continues to deliver powerful results over time. Based on the client's investment in effort and willingness to change, throughout the length of the relationship, no matter how long it lasts. Once desired changes have been made, the partnership is closed in a supportive, forwarding manner.
